Positive: The staff were incredibly kind and the ryokan was very traditional and quaint. The room was comfortable and the cold water and tea ready to make was a nice touch when we got to our room. The guest baths were nice and clean.

Negative: The family bath was a bit frustrating. Since our room didn’t have a private bath, I wanted to stay with my husband and the family bath was always taken. They should have a way for guests to sign in to the family bath and then a guest waiting could sign up next and know when to come down from their room as each guest is allotted an hour.

Summary: Quaint Ryokan and nice staff!
